Technical Requirements

All submitted images must meet these professional specifications:

Minimum Resolution: 4 megapixels (2000 x 2000 pixels minimum)
Industry standard matching Adobe Stock and Shutterstock
Shortest Side: At least 2000 pixels
Ensures quality for various display sizes
File Size: JPEG minimum 3MB, PNG minimum 5MB
Maximum 50MB per file
File Format: JPEG or PNG only
RGB color mode required (no CMYK or grayscale)

Content Quality Standards

  • Editorial content with appropriate context

❌ Rejected Content

  • Copyright violations: Images you don't own or have rights to
  • Poor technical quality: Out of focus, motion blur, excessive noise
  • Watermarks or borders: No logos, frames, or text overlays
  • Excessive editing: Over-processed, unnatural colors, heavy filters
  • Offensive content: Hate symbols, violence, explicit material
  • Trademark violations: Prominent brand logos without authorization
  • Privacy violations: Identifiable people without model releases
  • Property issues: Recognizable private property without releases
  • Duplicate submissions: Same image uploaded multiple times

Title Requirements

  • Descriptive and accurate (5-70 characters)
  • No keyword stuffing or spam
  • Proper grammar and spelling
  • Avoid misleading titles

Description Best Practices

  • Detailed description of content (optional but recommended)
  • Mention key subjects, mood, and use cases
  • Include location if relevant
  • Note any special techniques or equipment used

Tagging Guidelines

  • Use relevant, specific keywords
  • Include both broad and specific terms
  • Minimum 5 tags, maximum 50 tags recommended
  • Avoid spam tags or irrelevant keywords
  • Include technical details (color, composition, mood)

Review & Approval Process
