6.2 Removal of Watermarks

All downloaded Content is provided without watermarks. You may not:

Content featuring recognizable people includes appropriate model releases for:

Content marked as "Editorial Use Only" may not have model/property releases and is restricted to:

8. License Duration and Territory

• License is perpetual and does not expire
• Rights continue even if Content is removed from MakPixel
• License survives termination of your MakPixel account
• No recurring fees or license renewals required

• License is worldwide unless otherwise specified
• Valid in all countries and jurisdictions
• Includes digital distribution globally
• Subject to local laws and regulations

9. Warranties and Limitations

9.1 Photographer Warranties

Photographers warrant that their Content:

• Is original or properly licensed for distribution
• Does not infringe on third-party rights
• Includes necessary model and property releases
• Complies with applicable laws and regulations

9.2 Platform Disclaimers

MakPixel provides Content "as is" and disclaims warranties regarding:

• Fitness for any particular purpose
• Accuracy of Content descriptions
• Uninterrupted availability of Content
• Third-party claims or disputes
